Side Lunges 3x20 each leg
Push up in a wheel barrel 3x15
Pull ups 3x10
Burpees to box jump 3x20
Turkish get ups 3x7 each arm
Kettle bell swings with me resisting 3x20
Close grip single legged push ups 3x15
Skull crushers on the TRX 3x15
Sprints (tabata)
Mika's a rock star, so if you try this workout beware.

It's time to rock.
It's Sunday and I think that this week is going to be so awesome. I can't wait to workout this week and continue to lose weight. I hope that everyone is ready to get some really hard workouts.

Ryan Lee's Boot Camp
Jill, Deb and I got back from the seminar this evening and I am tired. My brain is on over load. We learned so much this weekend and cant wait to implement everything that we learned.
One of the speakers hit home when they talked about loving yourself and knowing what you want out of life.
That seems to be our biggest problem. We don't REALLY know what we want out of life. We think we do but we never actually take the time and really think about it. If we really understood that statement, would we be overweight, out of shape, unhappy. I don't think we would?
Before I close down for the night and be for you do too, I want you to just think about it. REALLY, what do you want from life.

Boot Camp
Today was kick ass. Elevate Fitness hosted it's first bootcamp and it was a huge success. Cant wait for the next one.
