Warm up
Jumping jaxs 30 seconds X2
Hill climbers 30 seconds X2
Walking lunges across the room and back
Push ups 20
Lets get started!!!!!!!!!!
Box jumps 3x20
lunges with a twist 3 x20 each leg
Pull ups 3 x as many as you can
incline push ups 3 x 20
Sprinting in place 20 seconds on 10 seconds off X 4
Db chest press 3 x 15
Seated rows 3 x15
Squats body weight 3 x 25
Short yet effective. Do it hard. results are up to you. Its not the workout, its how hard you workout!!
