DB Warm up
* T pushups 3 x 20
* V up's 3 x 30
* Lunges with twist w/ med ball 3 x 20 each leg
* Russian Twist 3 x 40
20 second Sprints
* Pull up's 3 x 10
* Step up's to bicep curls 3 x 15 each leg
* Tricep kick backs w/ db 3 x 15
* TRX chest press 3 x 20
Chrunches
This workout should take about 45minutes. If you work hard and get that heart rate up you see great results.
