Studies show that only a single strength training workout per week during times when you cannot train as frequently as you normally do, is an effective way to maintain your current levels of strength and lean muscle mass.
There is no excuse that I haven't heard. There is no excuse that I haven't used. You don't have to be perfect so please don't try to be.
You deserve to train your body. Don't look at it as a chore. We are the lucky ones. Look at all the people that can walk and would love to be working out.
