BOSU crunches
Treadmill run 8.0

Seated row
Front lunges
Cable flys
BOSU jump side to side
Mountain Climbers
Tread mill run 8.0

All exercises are done in rounds of3. They are completed as fast as possible.

culs with band 3x 1 minute
Tri pull down 3x 1 minute

Spiderman 20 sec on 10 sec off x 5
