Seated row
Front lunges
Cable flys
BOSU jump side to side
Mountain Climbers
Tread mill run 8.0

All exercises are done in rounds of3. They are completed as fast as possible.

Please find Fridays workout below:

Warm up
Jumping jaxs 30 seconds X2
Hill climbers 30 seconds X2
Walking lunges across the room and back
Push ups 20

Lets get started!!!!!!!!!!
Box jumps 3x20
lunges with a twist 3 x20 each leg
Pull ups 3 x as many as you can
incline push ups 3 x 20

Sprinting in place 20 seconds on 10 seconds off X 4

Db chest press 3 x 15
Seated rows 3 x15
Squats body weight 3 x 25

Short yet effective. Do it hard. results are up to you. Its not the workout, its how hard you workout!!

5 min warmup
20 bridges on floor
20 SLR each leg
30 crunches

Lat pull downs
Incline DB chest press
Bosu squat (20 reps)

Leg extensions
pushups against the bench
cable 1-arm row

Treadmil cardio interval (3 min)

Bosu step ups 20 each leg
DB bicep curl on Bosu
Seated overhead shoulder press

Rope tricep pulldowns
lateral raise

Stretch including cobra and childs pose

Tues - every cluster is done 2X and reps are 20

Ball DB fly
Assissted pullup with band
Bosu crunch 30 reps

Cardio interval (2/12 min)

Cable chest press
1-arm bent over row
ball crunches 30

Cardio interval (2 1/2 min)

Incline BB chest press
1-arm cable row with reverse lunge 20 each side

Cardio interval (2 1/2 min)

DB bicep curl on one leg
Skull crusher w/ DB
Lateral raise

* T pushups 3 x 20
* V up's 3 x 30
* Lunges with twist w/ med ball 3 x 20 each leg
* Russian Twist 3 x 40

20 second Sprints

* Pull up's 3 x 10
* Step up's to bicep curls 3 x 15 each leg
* Tricep kick backs w/ db 3 x 15
* TRX chest press 3 x 20

Chrunches

This workout should take about 45minutes. If you work hard and get that heart rate up you see great results.

Monday workout!!!!!!!!

Push ups 3X30 seconds
Pull ups 3x 30 seconds
Jump squats 3x30 seconds
Sprints in place 3x 1 minute

Water break

Decline push ups 3 x 25
Bent over DB rows 3 x 25
Alt lunges 3 x 25 each leg
burpees 3 x 30 sec

High intensity workouts!! There should only be 20-30 seconds between reps.
This should NOT be easy. Your workots are as hard as you make them. If you want result.
If you really want results, you'll work hard and not just talk about it. The word NOW is very powerful. Dont start tomorrow. Start NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday lazy Sunday...

Its raining today and it seem like no one wants to get out of bed. Because its rainy out, poeple just want to sit on their but and watch tv all day.

Tell me this, what is that going to do for you?

Ill tell you. NOTHING!!!

Jill, Christina and I had a full day plained of going to the park and having a lunch outside. Do to the weather we had to cancel. But we said that we were not going to just sit on the couch all day. So were on our way out the door to go bowling. I cant remember the last time i went bowling. Im pumped.

I guess I wanted to just say, dont say home and be a hermit beacuse of the weather. Go do something with the people that you love. If you sit home and just watch tv all day you becme lazy. Dont be lazy. Be ALIVE. And do it with the peole you care most about.

Greenwich Workout of the day

Its now lunch time and I already had 5 kick butt sessions.
Let me walk you though Mika workout.

Side Lunges 3x20 each leg
Push up in a wheel barrel 3x15
Pull ups 3x10

Burpees to box jump 3x20
Turkish get ups 3x7 each arm
Kettle bell swings with me resisting 3x20

Close grip single legged push ups 3x15
Skull crushers on the TRX 3x15
Sprints (tabata)

Mika's a rock star, so if you try this workout beware.

It's Sunday and I think that this week is going to be so awesome. I can't wait to workout this week and continue to lose weight. I hope that everyone is ready to get some really hard workouts.

Ryan Lee's Boot Camp

Jill, Deb and I got back from the seminar this evening and I am tired. My brain is on over load.  We learned so much this weekend and cant wait to implement everything that we learned. 
One of the speakers hit home when they talked about loving yourself and knowing what you want out of life.  
That seems to be our biggest problem. We don't REALLY know what we want out of life.  We think we do but we never actually take the time and really think about it. If we really understood that statement, would we be overweight, out of shape, unhappy. I don't think we would?
Before I close down for the night and be for you do too, I want you to just think about it. REALLY, what do you want from life.
