Squats with body bar
DB press on ball
Step ups
BOSU crunches
Treadmill run 8.0

Seated row
Front lunges
Cable flys
BOSU jump side to side
Mountain Climbers
Tread mill run 8.0

All exercises are done in rounds of3. They are completed as fast as possible.
