Monday workout!!!!!!!!

Push ups 3X30 seconds
Pull ups 3x 30 seconds
Jump squats 3x30 seconds
Sprints in place 3x 1 minute

Water break

Decline push ups 3 x 25
Bent over DB rows 3 x 25
Alt lunges 3 x 25 each leg
burpees 3 x 30 sec

High intensity workouts!! There should only be 20-30 seconds between reps.
This should NOT be easy. Your workots are as hard as you make them. If you want result.
If you really want results, you'll work hard and not just talk about it. The word NOW is very powerful. Dont start tomorrow. Start NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
